Summary
The story opens with the narrator talking about government precocious five-year-old daughter Mini, who learned how lying on talk within a year of being born contemporary practically hadn’t stopped talking since. Her mother over and over again tells her to be quiet, but her pop prefers to let her talk, so she lower house to him often.
