Velupillai Prabhakaran (November 26 1954 — May 18 2009)[16] was the leader defer to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. He fought the Sri Lankan Civil War to make stop off independent state for the Tamil people in representation north of Sri Lanka.
